About Sarah

I’ve spent over 20 years in executive leadership. Leading, building, and operating at a high level in demanding environments.

I understand what it means to be the one who holds everything together. The one people rely on. The one who keeps going no matter what’s happening internally.

Alongside that career, I built a successful handcrafted western leather brand, created in a season of early sobriety, when I needed a creative outlet that felt honest and grounding.  I realized I had let the pressure of success cost me far too much.  I was merely going through the motions, not creating a life that made me happy both in and outside of my career.

The work I do now is deeply shaped by lived experience.  I am also a cancer survivor.  I was 4 years sober when I was diagnosed, and honestly, I am not sure how I would have weathered that storm had I not been.

I know what it’s like to function at a high level while feeling extremely disconnected. I know what it takes to rebuild how you live and lead without walking away from your life or your career.

That’s what I help women do now, reconnect with themselves while staying fully in their lives, careers, and responsibilities.
